Attraction or repulsion?  Magnetic Fields are everywhere and they are one aspect of electromagnetic force.   They stand as one of the fundamental forces of nature.  Scroll up and down and see the magnetic fields fractal moving!

Fractals and magnetic fields go well together.  Creating them is fun and something you could try.

I am excited to share with you this Trillium Mandala art!  Spring has arrived.  This year at one of the local parks there were a lot of trillium flowers.  They are a lovely white color that really stands out in the underbrush of the forest.

Trillium flowers make pretty mandalas like the one below.  Natures’ fractals are eye-catching with the many shades of green.  Topped with a splash of white Trillium and you have lots of good vibes!

A beautiful summer day at Englishman River Provincial Park on Canada Day. Lots of young peeps swimming in the cool waters or just hanging out.

Large tree hug
Large Douglas Fir tree hug

The Douglas Firs trees along the banks of the river are hundreds of years old and they enjoy hugs.

Smiling stone face
Smiling stone face

This happy stone face greets you at the top of the hill heading towards the falls.  It is hard not to smile back at him on this fantastic day of celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday!

Englishman River waterfall

Beautiful waterfalls end your amazing nature journey on the trail.  A suspension bridge takes you across the river, offering you an awesome view of the Englishman River waterfall.

I highly recommend this trail at Englishman River Provincial Park but it is steep going down and coming back up so make sure you are in good physical condition.  The trails are well-kept and safe to walk on.

Ucluelet Lighthouse
Ucluelet Lighthouse

A lighthouse sits out on a rocky point where a number of historical ships have lost they way and ended up crashed on the rocks.  The sea can be very unforgiving on a stormy night.
